Coloring & Sealing

River Rock
Coloring & Sealing

Our use of 2-part epoxy and repairs on river rock will not only leave it with a vivid shine, but also refasten pool deck stones to your deck. If you have a badly discolored river rock deck we can apply a colored epoxy the breathe new life into an old rock surface. Most seal river rock to apply a luminous shine on their deck, but the process is also extremely important in keeping your deck structurally sound and intact for many years.

Pressure Washing & Mildewcide

Mildew has made a name for itself in the newspaper over the past decade. It's no surprise studies have shown it's linked to certain respiratory problems and many allergies. It unfortunately comes with living in paradise. Hope is in the near future though. A1 is your first line of defense! Our equipment is state of the art, and the best in the Tampa Bay area. We use specialty chemicals and methods our competition has never thought of. We offer whole house (general cleaning or prep. to paint), driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, screen enclosures, and roofs (both shingle and cement). We also clean your house with high or low pressure cleaning. We have been doing low pressure roof cleaning since 1986. Our competition started using low pressure cleaning only 5 years ago, almost 2 decades after us!
